Records of the Federal Election Commission confirm that former Congressman Tom Campbell, frontrunner in the GOP campaign to unseat US Senator Barbara Boxer of California, had previously received campaign donations from a convicted terrorist supporter, Professor Sami Al Arian of the University of South Florida.
